Presentation by Susan Devick, Director of the Fullersburg Historic Foundation. Ms. Devick's talk will, among a host of other interesting facts, tell you about Chief Shabbona's warning to early pioneers about rival Sauk tribe leader Chief Black Hawk's war on Illinois settlers....and how he became the friend of the white man.
